As many people prepare for the New Year, resolutions are commonly made to improve on the shortcomings from the prior year. Losing weight and saving money are common resolutions that people seek after, but what about the deeper things in life? What about emotional growth? As mother’s we tend to make sure everyone is taken care of putting ourselves so far down the totem pole we disappear. We are no longer priorities. Don’t get me wrong, the importance of raising our families is very important but we need not forget ourselves in the equation of life.
