I think back to when I was just a tiny person. Many memories
of my childhood fill my head, but nothing like those stormy days
when the seasons would change. The sky would darken and the breeze
would increase its gust. First, a drop here and there would tap
my sinus, then a gentle, soft, warm, down pore of the April showers
would greet me like an old friend from my ancient past. I would
walk along with my head tilted back to catch the raindrops that
kissed my lips and refreshed my soul.
One should consider water nothing less than a miracle when you
realize that water is the oldest and most common element on Earth
and every living thing requires water to stay alive. In other
words, without water life is impossible.
At the moment of conception, the sole organism that is to become a
baby begins its journey in a cellular membrane of water. Throughout
its embryonic stages, the baby lives in a glorious protected world
of mostly water. We are composed of 90 percent water at birth and if
we have lived out our life’s expectancy, at death, the percent
of hydration will have reduced considerably.
Did you know that your colon is your body’s waterhole? In other
words, when you drink you should first drink to hydrate. A healthy
hydrated colon is a big step towards a healthy hydrated body. When
managing your health, the first order of the day should be a drink.
Not coffee, tea, juice or milk…WATER! To jump start your metabolism
and to hydrate your body, drink down at least thirty-three ounces of
alkaline water before you do anything in the morning, including brush
you teeth. The water will go straight to the colon. Every organ in
your body drinks from the colon and will be hydrated.
Water is also essential in cleaning and removing toxins from the body.
Don’t ignore the significance of water intake. As your body continues
to not get its daily source of water, toxic buildup occurs and problems
may start occurring. Remember the maximum survival without water is
3 days and without the healing affects of water, it can be deadly.
So to take yourself out of the danger zone and maintain steady hydration
for the colon and other organs, drink one half of your weight in ounces
of water daily. Allow the oldest element on this planet to give you
the sustenance you need to maintain a healthy body.
Water to some may just be an afterthought, but to all of us, it should
be considered our greatest natural gift!
