Ready…Set…Stop...The Madness!

Okay, first things first, please take the time and money and get the right bra.  If you are a Double D, don’t try squeezing into a C.  The number on the bra represents your back size and the letter is the cup or breast size.  There is nothing worse than seeing someone in a cup size too small where everything is spilling over. That look instantly kills the appeal of your garment.  To enhance smaller breasts, you can try a padded bra with a plunging neckline to enhance your cleavage. This will also add more shape to your garment. A well-known designer once told me, “Don’t get hung up on the size. It’s more important that the garment looks right”.

Oh Butt No!
Somehow the size of a woman’s behind is always the center of attention and great discussion!  For a small bum you can try garments that are cinched in the waist and fitted in the hips, giving you an hourglass figure.  For a flat derrière, try wearing items such as skirts that have an A-line or circular cut or shirts that have a baby doll cut.  This will create a balance in your shape adding a little hip action to your look.  And if you’re straight up “bootylicious”, it’s all about the fabric, and the cut.  Low-rise jeans are not always the greatest choice. There is nothing worse than seeing a woman sit in a chair with her entire behind (thong underwear an all) on full display for the world to see. Here’s the “skinny” on that ladies. Yes many jeans might look good when you’re standing up in a fitting room, but how many times have you actually tried on your jeans and done a sit test?  Here’s an idea, take someone with you, who you trust will give you an honest review of what is being exposed behind you when you sit.

This is literally “the bottom line sisters!” You must make a personal commitment to be honest with yourself. Stop the madness and rid yourself of the numbers (size) game and resolve to step into appropriate clothing and a beauty program for the freethinking, beautiful new you!
